Volunteer to Join The Cat Lounge ™ Crew

Responsibilities: 

• Provide daily care including refilling feeding bowls, cleaning cages and enclosures, preparing litter boxes, and refilling food containers
• Ensure that lounge is clean and safe for guests and cats by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down tables and chairs, vacuuming cat trees and carpets, wiping own windows, washing bowls, and spraying couches
• Rehabilitate and socialize with cats in the lounge
• Assist in adopting cats out to potential adopters by answering their questions

Requirements:

• Previous animal care experience is preferred 
• Must be 18 years or older

No need to bring anything. Comfortable attire is recommended. If you are a new volunteer, training will be provided on your first day. Please inform us beforehand if you would like community service hour.

Responsibilities:

• Handle cats with care when transporting them to vet appointments
• Pick up cats from the lounge promptly before vet appointment
• Drop off cats at vet appointment
• Pick them up from vet appointment and transport them back to the lounge in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older
