Welcome to The Cat Lounge™ Rescue and Adoption Center!

Our Mission

Founded in 2019,  The Cat Lounge™Rescue and Adoption Center strives to reimagine the shelter experience by creating a living room environment where cats are free to roam around and interact with the public. We rescue cats from high kill shelters throughout Southern California and partner with shelters to provide a safe haven for cats that would have been euthanized otherwise.  We hold a public forum to educate the community on the importance of adoption, while giving them a setting to see our work in action.   We provide full medical care and socialization for every cat we take under our care.  We are an all-women owned and operated non-profit organization, bringing our skills together to save lives together!

We strive to save cats from high kill shelters and give them the forever home they deserve. Your continuous support has helped us accomplish the following:

  • Provide cats with $64,000 worth of medical care including vaccines, spay and neuter, medications, and treatment
  • Rescue over 5,000 cats since November 2019
  • Maintain our safe-haven home for rescued cats
